Paid COD
Implement the ability to display the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option only for selected shipping methods.
• Add a configuration to define which shipping methods support COD.
• If COD is not supported for the chosen shipping method, hide the COD option at checkout.
• For shipping methods that support COD, their shipping price will already include the COD cost (no separate surcharge line).
This feature will replace the Checkito app.
